Yeah, a Myrtle. She could have her feathers plumped up against the cold, giving her the look being well fed.

These guys are fairly common and go up to the Tundra and Alaska for the Summer but their Winter range can be as far north as Virginia in the east (Myrtles).

All I have to count for Audubon here, in SE lower MI, are the usual suspects. Nothing migrating thru here yet...
