I have two older 'folding stick' types, a Milwaukee M4 and a Hitachi DB3DL2.
Both have given excellent service for at least a decade but the old M4
batteries are beginning to fade.
iirc, any of the big box house brands will be made by TTI as are Ryobi,
AEG Power Tools, and the 'non-pro' Milwaukee line.
