Different situation. If you use a VPN to connect to the internet through your company, your IP will be seen as one of the company's. The VPN IP ranges that get blocked are ones offered through VPN services used by individuals to mask their actual network connection and location.
P.S. On another aspect of this where lists are available, I don't bother with VPN connections, but do pay attention to lists of TOR exit points. Those get blocked where I moderate on another forum, almost exclusively used by spammers.
