... I do suspect, however, that some folks aren't going to abide by the restrictions, and it will become a problem. For me personally, I'm more concerned about the inevitable fireworks and gunshots, often accompanied by violence -- which is a problem every year, and more likely to be a bigger problem this year because people feel so cooped up and limited by all the restrictions.
