Having a 0% interest rate doesn't mean that you have no obligation to pay a monthly minimum towards the principal without consequences. Take a few minutes to read your card-holder agreement and you'll probably find a clause indicating that they report payment-deficits after 90 days.
Also, by carrying that balance, you're reducing the amount of available credit you have vs the total amount of credit you're carrying and inflating your debt-to-income ratio. That's a ding on your credit score.
Pay off all of your credit cards. There's no upside to carrying balances.
