We have to use them because our health insurance. They used to just txt my cell phone. That was helpful. But now.. they call multiple times a day ! And... you have to send an EMAIL to them with your phone number to stop it. Aaargh.

Somebody in corporate bought a new toy and has to 'justify' it by using the heck out of it.
