I just saw a segment on The Last Word with Lawrence O'Donnell about a Ukranian who has relatives in Russia. The guy was talking on the phone with his father in Russia and he wouldn't believe his son telling him Russia started a war and is attacking Ukraine. He believes Putin's propaganda. (The guy is continuing to talk to his father and is making progress on getting him to believe the truth.)
Where is the internet? Where is western TV coming over satellite? If they do have satellite TV, I suppose it is different satellites in geosynchronous orbit over Russia.
