since some of you are a lot more politically and historically educated than I.
I wonder if anyone can explain what took NATO so long to "discuss" the possibility of a NFZ over Ukraine.
Not enough innocent populous killed by 3 weeks of unprovoked attacked from pootie?
Are they waiting for an OK from PetroChina, Exon/Mobile, BP, Royal Dutch, the Carcrashians ....?
Or is it just the world is bat 5h1t crazy?
