Group calls for boycott of Home Depot over Georgia's new voting law because they have not commented on it
#32
Well, the topic of this thread would be one such example. There is no persuasion, exchange of ideas, changing of thoughts/opinions, etc. Just strong-arming. There are good reasons to influence rather than strong-arm, which I'm sure people can remember, if they try. There is an incredible intolerance for anything but exactly the right articulation of the right thoughts. I'm not the only one to say this, and those that have are not just disagreed with, but strong-armed, in a lot of cases.
So don't go to Home Depot for what the owner has said or done, but require them to say all the right things? Ridiculous, in my opinion.
