I would also note that protests to date in Elizabeth City, population 18k, have been well attended but peaceful. This state of emergency is al little dramatic I think.

Actually the episode might be older than that and they just re-ran it last summer? Regardless, they could be re-running it ad infinitum until everyone realizes it wasn't always like this.
