Tim Scott rebuttal = the usual BS

Scott told white Republican voters exactly what they wanted to hear. He came across as a friendly, reasonable and non-threatening black person. In that sense, I think he gave a very effective rebuttal. As a Dem, I was disheartened by how well he sold he product.
