Michigan lifting of restrictions tied to vaccinations

Few agree on what herd immunity is in terms of a percentage of vaccination. I've written this here before, but early on in the lockdown, there was an npr show with a show featuring infectious disease researchers, saying herd immunity can be achieved with as few as 40% of population. So, the variable from 40 to 80 is very wide.
