Tuqqer,
Not a chance. I have an iPhone 11 Pro and an iPad Mini 5. They absolutely cannot replace each other. They compliment each other. The iPhone is a phone and camera first. General purpose device for a slew of other tasks that don't require a large screen second, i.e. track blood sugar, manage contacts, pay for goods, read a text message, etc. It isn't nearly as good as an iPad of any kind for anything that requires a larger screen and keyboard. The iPad Mini is the opposite. An iPad Mini becomes more of a iPhone replacement when you own a large phone such as an iPhone 13 Pro Max. 'course, if you're in the market for phone that large and a tablet that small, get the iPhone since it'll likely have superior tech in it.
