So for the idle curiosity, the actual dollar amount on 3/5/96 would be roughly $26.88 ($0.24 x 4 x 7 x 2 x 2 - there's probably some rounding off that happened in that $0.24 number, so that's lost in getting back to the original number). (Again, this is only useful for idle curiosity).
