The person is concerned about unusual behavior because their neighbor PARKED IN THEIR OWN GARAGE? I wonder if it could have something to do with, say, forecast inclement weather?
What possible harm could this skittish worrywart be concerned about from their neighbor parking in their own garage instead of on their own driveway? That they're moving a body or drugs to/from their trunk?
