Dumb question: doesn't Russia have satellite TV?

There’s been a recent crackdown in Russia on Ukraine war reporting by the government. Foreign journalists have been leaving Russia because of new criminal penalties for what the government says is false reporting about the war - which is anything besides what the government says. Independent Russian media outlets have also stopped reporting.
