I don’t miss flying one bit, especially because I enjoy driving. Our last trip this past winter was 7134 miles spread out over seven weeks (the roads were never slippery). As a truck driver I used to do that many miles and more every two weeks so it is no problem in our comfy old Cadillac. We have traveled tens of thousands of miles by car since we last flew (just as Covid came to North America.) Now my wife is a different story, but thanks to Covid she is also happy to go on trips by car as long as I do 100% of the driving.
