That was the point of my suggestion.
And I'd want the tag to go to the runner, not the entire team.
Like carriers temporarily throttling users of excessive data, mrp-admin could do that to violators.
But again, this puts them in the Mom and Dad seats, and that's something most good forum moderators what to do as little as possible.
