Nest thermostat help

Can’t give you specific answer. But maybe this posting from google nest group might help.

Honestly it might be better to go out and buy a new cheap thermostat and replace the nest. The cycling thing is not. Normal behavior. Might indicate a broken unit and is not safe imho.
