I have the light trail version of these and they are surprisingly nice and squishy. Not quite as squishy as the Adidas ultra boost, but close. And they are a little more springy feeling. Nice, actually very capable running shoe. And just because they're a serious running shoe doesn't make them a bad walking shoe.
