It's strange.
I bought a pair of golf shoes that were listed and described 5 times as 11M. Turns out they were 11W. The seller didn't respond to my email about them being the wrong size so I did a dispute with a picture of the size from the inside of the shoes. EBay sent me a return label and also refunded me immediately before I shipped the shoes back. I thought it was strange because presumably somebody could just keep the shoes or send a box of something else back and it looks like they seller just takes it in the chin.
I imagine more and more people will just decide to not sell on eBay anymore.
