Hazard Fraught used to have their cheapest 120 V air compressor on sale for ~$46. The 'regular' price is currently $60. I don't remember seeing one on sale recently. A 20% off coupon would make it $48.
Most brands of cordless tools have a tire inflator for around $40, or a little less on sale. Buy once, use for years. Rock Auto has a 12 V tire pump for $14. It would take a little more money and work to set up something with a small reservoir, hose/trigger/nozzle to replace canned air. It might pump up to 120 psi but I would not expect it to last more than an hour trying to maintain that pressure for dusting work.
