Anyone install an Ecobee 3 lite thermostat?

The unit itself is about $150ish, so the install is about $235, which seems a little steep.

I purchased and installed an ecobee 3 lite 6 years ago. I required assistance via telephone from ecobee—they were very helpful, fast, and accurate. They just required some photos of our weird wiring at the furnace-end. Job done in less than an hour from start to finish.
I was just looking at my wires and I finally found the crossover chart for the E and Aux which Ecobee calls W1 and W2. All the others are the same, so that should be the final piece of the puzzle.
I already have the app, so I assume the “add device” should be how I would connect the new one.

Also, Ecobee seems to have some refurbs for $119 rather than $149. I might get one of those or see if there are any BF deals that pop up.
