how to cancel a patreon membership?

I subscribed to a persons content and have been paying $5 month but now I'd like to cancel. I cannot find a way to do that though! Youtube says to click on my account and then click on manage subscriptions but that doesn't appear to be an option for me. How do I go about canceling? thanks for any info.
