Having already had my say: In my view entertaining this Bozo has hurt the forum in that he sucks up so much air it discourages participation in worthwhile areas of debate. He apparently considers himself a soldier doing battle in enemy territory so if he cant win the argument, he'll despoil the landscape.

I'd add that while the idea of imposing a ban might be anathema, the point of excluding a poisonous presence from the forum is not. Devil is in the details: how to rid oneself of a pest while not using a pesticide!
