I can’t say that I’m this case, without hearing the accepted facts of the matter as they were presented in court.
I’ve read too much reporting that would lay a troubling degree of at least negligence rightfully at her feet. But I’ve also seen an unusual amount of sloppy reporting, some if it in articles linked here, to go by that alone.
