Because it's still bad for some people.
Second time I got COVID, it was a sore throat and a fever for a few days.
But a friend of mine on her fourth infection was just hospitalized and on O2 (not a vent) for 2 days there, was sent home with a couple of O2 bottles and a prescription for more and was on bed rest for a week. Is just about able to walk again with a little help.
