Why is my Mac not recognizing the Keyboard made by this unknown company?

It looks like it's not giving you the setup drill for an unknown keyboard.

Have you tried unplugging/plugging it?

Restarting?

DFA?

(Yeah, that's a lot like rebuilding your desktop; just don't defrag your SSD, if you have one.)

I've never had it stop at that screen.

And I've had that screen with an Apple keyboard.

But the drill accomplished the setup.
