I don't see any workaround.

I get You are attempting to access a forbidden site. at the top of a page with the line Consult your system administrator for details underneath, followed with the rest of the page blank.

No buttons or links.

I did put an s at the end of the IP, but that just took me to a web page of Locate an IP links.
