We discovered reheating by putting a couple of slices in the oven and then turning it to 350 and when it gets to that temp the slices are hot and bubbly. Almost as good as the day before; vastly better than microwave reheating.
I just put my leftover slices on a paper plate (uncoated) and set the oven to around 250-275. Heats it through, leaves the crust slightly crispy.
