As the site points out, the vehicle has a lot in common with a kit car, except that the base model is ready to drive. (Here’s hoping that the panels are attached better than the cybertruck’s.) Another thing that I hadn’t thought about was that the electronics are reduced a minimum, no gps (use your own phone), no stereo (use your own phone and speakers). It does have backup cam (required by law in new cars), air conditioning, and cruise control with automatic braking. So a lot basics are covered. And one mention that I like was that the bed was big enough for a sheet of plywood. Hoping that means 4x8, now that would nice.
