I agree, and don't think he'd be doing it himself.

He doesn't like getting his little hands dirty, but he has no qualms about getting it done and letting everyone know he did it.

He's an 'I've got people for that...' kind of guy.

He'll certainly take credit for it, and assign blame, if it comes to that, to someone else.

He's the president of a military, CIA, Attorney General and FBI. He'd have some "enemy" annihilated if he thought that needed to be done. He wouldn't hesitate. He's no peacenik. He's not going to think it through other than how it may impact his financial bottom line. Whatever way the political wind is blowing that keeps him propped up in people's mind. He'll consider that.

He certainly was capable of not jumping on COVID when it was clearly a major threat. To hell with who died. Then when he thought he could get a boost out of it, he takes the credit for pushing to get vaccines done rapidly. As if Pharma was just sitting on their thumbs not knowing how to do what they do.
