Costco carries Interstate batteries at a good price point.
I've had three Interstate batteries in my 2002 car, to date.
The factory battery hemorrhaged after a couple of years, I don't remember the brand.
The Interstates lasted a very long time.
The only reason I replaced the last one it that it wouldn't hold a charge when not driven for about two weeks.
While sitting in my car with the radio/ACC (not A/C) the battery clicked the starter solenoid once then went to sleep.
So I'm happy with the performance and longevity.
The size category for my car is neigh obsolete, and Autozone, Pep Boys, and one other chain wanted $250-$300 for it.
Costco had it in 5 days for $84.
I'm happy.
