Youtube video or audio downloader?

Most here seem to like ClipGrab, and it does seem to work... mostly. I find it occasionally fails to get a video, and sometimes gets only the audio. There are also a few websites where you can simply enter in the YouTube URL and it'll download the video or audio for you.
