In general, make a mold big enough to hold the stone in the position(s) you want; make sure the mold is leakproof or you will make a mess. Use an epoxy to pour into the cracks and around the stone to the depth of the stone If you want it clear, then don’t add colorant to the epoxy, or choose a color or metallic to add to the epoxy for the pour. Once it is set you can remove the mold and plane the surface of the stone top to get the look you want. Too thin a top and it may crack, and too thick and it’s hard to handle.
But that’s just me.
Alternatively you can make a table top of the size of the stone after cutting.
