He didn't get far with his suit to stop the National Guard from invading CA or CFDT's tariffs.
SCOTUS saying the law is whatever CFDT believes it to be was an issue that should be one in this suit.
Disappointingly, Newsom said he'd drop the suit if Fox retracts and apologizes.
I want to see him go all dominion on their ass, chase Fox like rats across the tundra, and have them settle for the $787 Million.

Really?
I realize that $787 million is closer to $1 billion than $0, but that's a significant stretch of journalistic license, and there shouldn't even be such a thing.
