Why is the iTunes Store always slow...

I've bought a total of 10 songs off of there and every time I go there I almost would be quicker to pickup the CD at Target. Today I have about 10 songs I'm helping my wife find and same thing, slow as hell.
Are there better times to access the iTunes music store? Or is this the norm? Bill |
