What should I offer for this G4 tower? SP 500 w/ 1.2 GHZ upgrade, 768 RAM, 80GB hard drive, OS 10.3

I can pick it up. It's originally an SP 500, with a 1.2 GHZ upgrade, 768 RAM, new Apple 80GB hard drive, OS 10.3 and a DVD ROM.

I can't buy anything right now that costs much and can't find any deals on Minis. I have a G3 400 DV SE with OS 10.2.8 and need at least 10.3 and a G4 pretty quick.
