Yeah, as Rusty pointed out, just get the kosher salt at the supermarket. You can get it in the traditional pouring tub thingy. You probably don't want to bother with the real course stuff.

Remember when using substituting salts in the kitchen that the size and shape of the grains will change how well they fit in your measuring spoon. If a recipe called for 1 tsp coarse kosher salt, and you used iodized salt, you'll be getting much more salt.
