Adelphia is doing this in SoCal in certain test areas.
Too much $$$ for me, I just use EyeTV, Plextors, and EyeHome.
I can edit, archive, and burn whatever I want, no restrictions.
If I want to watch Grizzly Man a hundred times, I don't have to pay a fee for the privilege.
