Is there any way to Simultaneously Duplicate a Layer to Multiple Docs in Photoshop?

Only thing I can think of is to possibly put all your files that need to be edited into a folder, create a new PSD of the title layer that you want to add, then create an action to open it, select all, copy, open every file to be edited one by one in batch, paste into and save.

You would obviously have to tweek it to do what you need.
