I bought a Miglia Firewire Bridge board from our host, OWC, specifically made to retrofit an old SCSI case... screw spacing and everything just right to pull out the old SCSI connector on the case, screw on the Firewire board, and plug the power supply in the SCSI case into it.
Works GREAT.
$65 as I recall.
It WOULD be cheaper to buy a $30-40 case and pull the bridge board out, but if you're retrofitting an old SCSI case, you might save some hassle having the thing already ready to screw in.
Hope this helps!
