I don't believe that I am defending Apple. I'm ticked about having to call since the web site doesn't work, sure.

But get a grip, elmo. You must have never had a real problem in your life to be able to get so anguished about something that in two months will be like an inconsequential dream of a memory. You have zero sense of proportion. Either that or you are desperate for attention.
