Thanks for the offer! But I just found the original disk set with Appleworks on 'em.
(When I helped them unbox them originally, one set of CDs was part of my price to help.. knew I had 'em somewhere!)

N-OS X;
No budget for more RAM..
Fortunately, a few years ago, when they DID have a tech budget, I upgraded them to 384 from 128... so it COULD have been a lot worse! 384 I can work with...
