Logitech Control Center Daemon Bug
#1
I've seen a few questions about LCC compatibility with Leopard lately.

I've found just one bug that I can directly ascribe to it.

After I mount a disk image, I sometimes (but not always) discover that I can't click-drag any Finder items until I restart.

Tonight, I discovered that quitting the LCCDaemon restores my ability to click and drag.

So, there you go.

Relaunching the Daemon doesn't seem to do any harm and the advanced features of Logitech mice require it, so here's an AppleScript that you can use if it ever happens to you. Save it as an Application from the Script Editor and run it if you ever see the same symptom that I've described.

tell application
LCCDaemon
to quit
tell application
LCCDaemon
to activate
