anyhoo, we're going all flash. good codecs, huge user penetration (k that sounded dirty), and no more outputting multiple versions. just my choice. There are some nice players out there as well the have dynamic listers, so you can have a clickable list of vids and it will load into a single player. wimpy player is nice. I also hear slideshowpro now supports flv's, but I will have to check that.
