Mov? MP4? WMV? Which best for sites?

you know it just occured to me, that by installing the flashpro8 demo, which when macromedia owned it, was fully functional and I assume that's still true, would install the codec needed to either use the batch encoder or enable flv from quicktime pro. Just a thought.
