I send a rebate in July and it is still "processing" even the web site says "Errors: none" and the turn around was supposed to be 6-8 weeks.
I called the customer service and they "escalated" the problem to a "higher level" (the CSR was barely speaking English, and I am very very tolerant to these things since I am not a native English speaker and I have accent myself).
