Epson r320 and full bleed?

I think I just did it, but it cropped out some of the image. odd. read at epson you have to go to page setup/format/ choose your epson and then letter (borderless). Although it refused to print this way from quark (the job just would stop), i could export a pdf, and then print from preview.

why would it crop off on both sides. I may have to try it at a smaller percentage.
