Dumb Foam cover thingies on earbuds keep falling off- Glue 'em on ?

The foamy bits on the cheap earbuds I keep in my bag for work distraction avoidance keep falling off. And staying in my ears. Which looks really stupid (I just walked through the halls with one in my ear, and was wondering why people were staring at me),
So what should I do ? I'm thinking about grabbing the elmer's and just gluing them on. |
